Role objectives

As an Account Development Representative for Europe, you will be searching for new opportunities  and ways to reach out to our prospects. Our goal is to bring them to the negotiating table. You will be doing account-based prospecting using HubSpot CRM, sequences and multichannel approaches. You will use your own unique style to build valuable relationships to achieve your goals. We are targeting clients who are giants in their industries, so this can take months or even years, but you will learn how to do enterprise sales at its finest.


You’ll be working with Martin, our Business Development Director.
Martin loves to explore the potential in people and continue developing it. He enjoys working with people who are authentic, who are not afraid to question the status quo, have a good attitude, appreciate one another and celebrate our successes together.
He always leads by example and supports his team – Matteo, Jessica, Jovana and Kathleen – who can’t wait to welcome you on board as well.

You’ll thrive with us if you

You have at least 1 year long experience in business development, selling tech solutions (SaaS is a big plus!). Having a basic sales experience and habits is essential, but we will make sure you keep learning and developing as you go! You can’t be afraid to write an email, connect on LinkedIn, create campaigns and pick up the phone. You should really enjoy communicating with people (our potential clients), attracting them, identifying their needs and increasing the awareness about Yieldigo, our product and its value proposition.

If you have good manners, a friendly approach, pleasant demeanor and have a ‘teamwork makes the dream work’ attitude, you will fit in with Yieldigo’s culture. You should also love challenges and have enough courage to fail fast to succeed.

And, you need to speak fluent business English, in our office English is our main language, as we are a very diverse and talented team.
