Role objectives

As a Account Development Representative with Russian, you will act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your task will be to seek new accounts and provide an account-based prospecting via multiple relevant contact persons within the account in Russia + CIS countries. Your tools will be a smile, phone, email, and social media channels.

You’ll be working with Martin – our Head of Business Development, who always supports his team and leads by example – and Sasa, Lana, and Dawid, who are ready to welcome you on board.

You’ll thrive with us if you

  • have previous sales experience of 1-2 years in developing leads (experience from a call centre and with SaaS are a plus!)
  • love to communicate with potential clients – you’ll be seeking new accounts and provide an account-based prospecting for our sales team in Russia + CIS countries.
  • can attract and make follow-up communication with interested prospects, identify their needs, increase the awareness about Yieldigo product and its value proposition
  • have hands-on experience, having mastered multiple sales techniques (including cold emails)
  • have sales pipeline and time management at an excellent level
  • can customize product solutions to increase customer demand
  • love challenges and have enough courage to fail fast to succeed
  • have a native level of Russian and your English is on a professional level
  • are a team player – you’ll be cooperating with our sales team to create and test new outreach messaging and innovative communication approaches and to develop and nourish relationships with potential customers
