Head of Sales

We’ve been able to sell a couple of solid deals on our own last 2 years. Now we are open to bringing a star to the team, who will build up and lead the sales machine. We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to help us meet our ambitious continuously building the sales team, customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will report directly to the CEO.

What would be your mission?

The mission is to build, develop and manage sales team, and to lead and perform sales activities to land new businesses into the Yieldigo clients’ portfolio, incl. your contribution to company quota, while building solid, scalable, and professional sales machine enabling the company to grow x10 in next 3 years.

You will thrive with us if you

  • are a business-driven and hungry to close deals 
  • have 3+ yrs sales experience in IT (preferably SW)
  • have experience with active hiring new members for your team which met their quotas
  • have excellent sales pipeline management
  • are active in selling
  • speak fluently in English (other languages are welcomed)
