We’ve been growing significantly over the last couple years and we now want to bring an experienced Partnerships Director to the team. You will build up a new revenue stream and help us to meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will carry a part of the company quota and you will report directly to the CEO.

Mission statement

Your mission is to build a scalable revenue stream through partnerships that will help us to grow x10 in the next 3 – 5 years by helping companies to acquire, retain and grow their retail customers. You are expected to use your talent, experience and network to do so while respecting our culture and overall company mission.

Role objectives

  • Finding, signing, supporting, and coordinating partners
  • Designing effective partner co-marketing campaigns and materials with the help of marketing
  • Defining optimal partner’s commission model
  • Managing your own partnerships, ensuring their satisfaction and driving substantial revenue from these relationships
  • Collaborating with the sales team to manage the partner’s sales pipelines and to design partner processes

You will succeed in this role if you

  • Have a hands-on experience acquiring, scaling and managing international partnerships (within Retail is a big plus)
  • Previously helped to implement and grow SaaS partnerships on a global/international scene 
  • Experience working across different internal departments
  • Track record of reaching revenue goals for multiple quarters
  • Have a talent and naturally enjoy creating business partnerships 
  • Speak fluent English + one more language
