System update 5.21

Version 5.21 is introducing following new functionality and interface improvements.

PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE

Product Architecture lets pricing teams define Good-Better-Best (or any ladder) as reusable rules that enforce minimum and maximum percentage gaps between levels on item or unit price, applied across custom product groups. This provides an advanced framework for value pricing (brand positioning) with enforceable level gaps.

You’ll find this feature in Price Management. If you’d like to explore this feature, reach out to your CSM for details and next steps.

EXPORT IMPACT

Each export now includes a new Impact tab showing the expected impact for products in that export. It offers two views:

  • Original export prices: Impact using original prices (ignoring any adjustments or deletions).
  • Edited export prices: Impact based on the export in its current state.
