Version 5.23 is introducing following new functionality and interface improvements.
MANDATORY COLUMNS SETTING
In the export overview, there is a new Manual export card with settings to define mandatory columns (e.g. cost price or cost price validity). These columns must be filled before you can Finalize & Lock a manual export, and if enabled, the rule applies to all open manual exports. Please note that the button to create a new manual export is now located in the Manual export window.
BULK EDIT IN EXPORT MODULE
Through the checkbox actions now available at the bottom of the export table, you can apply Exclude, Revert changes, and Bulk edit to multiple rows at once. With Bulk edit, users can update prices, cost prices (in manual exports), validity dates, exceptions, and change comments in a single step, with visual highlighting for changed values. Revert changes restores all modifications in any of these fields for the selected rows back to their original state.
FILTER FOR MULTIBUY SUGGESTIONS
A new Suggestions compliance filter is available under FILTER, allowing users to view all suggestions, only those adhering to rules, or those not adhering to rules. The filter can be applied across all tabs and categories, giving users more control and transparency when reviewing and approving suggestions.
FIXES & UPGRADES
UX: Added info dots when creating a multibuy.
Fix: Restored sorting of search results in specific cases in the price report.
Usability: Aligned details in the Promo plans section.
