Sr. Retail Pricing Consultant – Poland

Are you ready to take part in the journey of a scaling SaaS company and support our growth in the Polish market? At Yieldigo, we’re on a mission to revolutionize retail pricing software worldwide — and we’re looking for a Sr. Retail Pricing Consultant to help us strengthen our presence in Poland.

With €2.5 million in ARR and strong footholds across the USA and Europe, Yieldigo is gaining momentum by challenging industry incumbents with innovative technology and fresh thinking.

In Poland, we already have referenceable retail clients. Now we’re ready to take our local operations to the next level. To support this, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about pricing and enjoys software consulting.

Key Responsibility Areas

As our Sr. Retail Pricing Consultant, your mission is twofold:

  1. Sales support: through pricing expertise and Yieldigo software expertise (solution selling approach needed).
  2. Sales support: work with Polish retail chains prospects interested in Yieldigo by understanding their pain points and needs, and presenting our software from the right angle. You’ll work closely with our Polish Country Manager and Account Executive, Aleksandra.

You’ll be involved early in the sales process — from discovery sessions and product demos, to staying engaged throughout onboarding, user training, and initial delivery. You’ll work as both a pricing expert and a Yieldigo software specialist. We cannot teach you the first one, while we are 100 % sure to get you up to speed swiftly for the second dimension of your assignment.

  4. Technology understanding (basic)
  5. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for leading Polish retailers, helping them implement Yieldigo and maximize its value over time. Based on the success in the initial term, Yieldigo remains open to consider allowing you to participate on international projects and RFIs across Europe.

How do we picture you

✅ Retail Pricing expertise

✅ Solution selling skills (you understand SPIN, discovery calls )

✅ You are aware that long demos and great product presentations typically ruin relationships and deal flows

✅ You can speak on your own to 5 stakeholders in the room (confidence, intelligence, smart-effect)

✅ Understanding of how large retail chains operate

✅ Fluent in Polish and English, with cultural awareness across Polish regions

✅ Fundamental experience in solution consulting,software onboarding, and/or change management projects

✅ Confidence in discovery meetings, running demos, and talking to retail stakeholders

✅ Ability to translate business needs into solution features

✅ Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning your work, without micromanagement

✅ Strong people skills: Empathetic, likeable, and a clear communicator who builds trust naturally

✅ Open to travel across Poland to meet clients and prospects in person
