QA Engineer

Who we are

Do you want to take full ownership of the quality of a product used by major retail chains across the USA and Europe? At Yieldigo, we are looking for a QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. You will set the processes, coordinate testing across teams, and ensure seamless releases. You won’t be in this alone—you’ll collaborate closely with Developers, Product, and Delivery—but you will be the one holding the QA strategy together and taking it to the next level.

While we have improved our processes in recent months, our QA still needs a clear structure and firm leadership. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to dive in, enjoys setting things up systematically, has an eye for detail, and knows how to earn respect across teams.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Establish and develop QA processes across the entire company.
  • Get involved in testing as early as the product design phase.
  • Perform manual tests where they make the most sense.
  • Create and maintain automated tests (UI and API) using Playwright.
  • Manage release quality and implement industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Automate testing and simplify internal processes.

How do we picture you

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in QA.
  • You are proficient in both manual and automated testing (UI + API).
  • Ideally, you know Playwright, or you can learn it very quickly.
  • You have experience with release management or setting up QA processes from scratch.
  • You can work independently and take full responsibility for the QA domain.
  • You are a strong communicator who can align with Dev and Product while keeping quality a top priority.
  • English proficiency at level B2 or higher.

What's in it for you

  • International team (8 different nationalities).
  • Work equipment of your choice.
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) for top performers.
  • 5 weeks of vacation + Sick days.
  • Company mobile plan.
  • Hybrid work model and flexible working hours.
  • Multisport card.
  • Conferences and training to keep you growing.
  • Regular team events and a great company culture.
  • Beautiful offices in the heart of Karlín, Prague.
