I’m Rudolf , and I lead the development team at Yieldigo, and we’re looking for more help. Now there are 13 of us and we are developing a B2B platform for price optimization together. Our product helps companies setting up the right prices in the Czech Republic and abroad, in offline stores and in e-commerce. And the fact that we’re not doing it wrong is evidenced by the support of our investors.

Our team consists of BE, FE, R&D and QA. We used to do Devops & Infra ourselves on the backend, but we’re getting out of shape. That’s why we are looking for YOU – senior and capable person to take our Devops under your wing.
We like to meet in our offices in the centre of Prague (Můstek), but we’re just as happy to work from our living room on Fridays (and often Wednesdays). We can reduce our stress by pulling irons in the gym (Multisport ✅), but we prefer to go out for a drink together 🍻 (after work) or shoot each other with “nerfka” (at work). In the summer, we go out on the water together, on a bike trip, or to someone’s cottage for a BBQ.

DevOps/Infra: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Azure Cloud + DevOps CI/CD, Linux (Ubuntu)
Backend: C#, .Net Core 5.0
Frontend: React/Typescript, Rematch, SignalR
Data: PostgreSQL (v13), Redis, Trino.
Git flow: Trunk-Based Development
You have at least 3 years of active experience with Docker and building and running Kubernetes clusters. Everything revolves around K8S. We’re using Helm to manage them now, so it would be nice if you weren’t completely unfamiliar with it. We run our Infra in Azure and manage it partly through Terraform and partly manually. We’re halfway to Infrastructure as a Code, so we’d appreciate if you’re more familiar with it than us. Oh, and I almost forgot, all of our systems run on Linux, so you should know how to use it.
You don’t lack independence and the ability to follow through – in return, you’ll be given the space to implement on your own and we’ll appreciate it. You’ll fit in with the team if you’re still keen to learn new things too and don’t take yourself too seriously. You’ll enjoy developing the infrastructure of a growing startup to be both scalable and stable.
Lastly, you should speak good English.
